Professionalism and friendliness are the words that best define the staff of this clinic. From the reception, always with exquisite treatment and a smile, to the cozy waiting room with Wi-Fi, television, piped music and even a free water dispenser, to the careful way of working, in order to avoid not pain but minimal discomfort. Both my wife and I have done everything already, and all the work is IMPECCABLE, they seek perfection without looking at the clock, for as long as it takes. We feel at home because that's how they make you feel. And on top of that the prices are more than competitive.

I 100% recommend the impeccable work that Dr. Tarek El Halabi does. He told us what the best treatment option was and I couldn't be happier with the results. In addition to their friendly and close treatment that makes you feel confident from the first visit.

Highly recommended! I went this week for the second time and a very good experience. A clinic cared for in detail. Ease of arranging a visit (my work schedules are complicated). I was treated by Dr. Tarek El Halabi and his hygienist, Laura, both attentive and very professional. I explained that I do not live in Burgos city and they give me the facilities to be able to do everything in the same visit. Dr. Estefanía Moreno, who knew my case, also works, which gives me to understand that they share the specific circumstances of their patients among the doctors. Before going to this clinic I have gone to others in the city, but without a doubt, after my two visits, this will be my go-to clinic due to the treatment and professionalism.

A true ordeal is what we are experiencing with the Dentem Burgos clinic throughout this year 2023. The surgeon is Dr. Tarek el Halabi Díaz who also directs Dentem Palencia, and works at Valdesalud in Madrid, and at the Moreno y Moreno clinic located in Madrid Two family members went to get implants and it was the worst decision we could make. From the beginning the work is done poorly, and today in September we continue the same and the response of the clinic workers It's just that they don't know what to do. (Well, dedicate yourself to something else, right?) The excuses all this time after various molds and crowns don't fit us at all is that we bite wrong... For months going to the clinic we have seen so many personnel parade that when you went you didn't know who was going to touch you, Sometimes you even made an appointment and you arrived and they told you that they had not scheduled you. Such is the reigning chaos! We do 400 km every time we go! (result of a recommendation that later turned out to be a disaster) Given the incompetence and lack of humanity on their part and without solutions today, I want to make our case known here so that if anyone is thinking of going to this clinic, they might think about it before they could deceive them, after charging you for advance they no longer care about you at all. During these months, everyone who has seen our process was amazed at the barbarity they were doing to us. (How sad to fall into the hands of heartless people who have no love for their profession, only for money) It's a shame about the absolute incompetence and ecpathy of all the staff, their clients suffer because at the end of the day we are the ones who feed them. We could talk about a thousand details plus all of them negative, for now I won't go any further... You know very well who reviewed this so do not bother to respond that you do not have our data in your clinic or similar answers, it would be better if you gave them speed and a solution to our problems. To Dr. Tarek I suggest that less arrogance and more humility makes better people and above all that "titulitis" is NOT the same as wisdom. and to the entire clinic that when errors are made, they are recognized and corrected, Patients are not deceived or neglected, and evidence is even less denied.
